In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, IPA launched the Research for Effective COVID-19 Responses (RECOVR) initiative to track how the pandemic and associated lockdowns have affected economic activity of business owners, workers, and farmers in low- and middle-income countries. The survey responses have been harmonised in line with the IGC-IPA survey module. The harmonised survey for Rwanda contains information on the impact on business activity, workers’ wages and hours, and food security for 1,484 individuals from the four provinces and the City of Kigali.
